Pastor Neshella Mitchell
Pastor Neshella R. Mitchell is the proud wife of Dr. Marvin D. Mitchell, Senior Pastor of the Glory House Fellowship Church in Kent, Washington. She is also the proud mother of four beautiful children. In January 2003, she was the first woman Pastor to be ordained and licensed by her spiritual father of 42 years, Bishop A.L. Hardy, Senior Pastor of Rose of Sharon Pentecostal Temple.
Pastor Mitchell received her Masters Degree of Theology and Religious Education in June 1997, from Bishop A.L. Hardy Academy of Theology in Seattle, WA. She is a dynamic spiritual leader with many blessed talents such as a preacher, teacher, prophet, educator, life coach, spiritual counselor, author, national and international speaker.
She is currently a retiree of 12 years from the University of Washington’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Science Unit as a Professor and Research Consultant.
Since 2008, she has operated as the Executive Director over the City of Kent Police Department’s Chaplin and Pastor Ride Along Program, assisting the agency with Crime Prevention and Gang Violence issues. Pastor Neshella has over 35 years experience working with at-risk youth and teens as well as a Youth Pastor in the Greater Puget Sound Area.
Since September 2003, she has worked as the Founder, CEO/President of Neshella’s Networking Affairs. This organization hosts professional business fairs and workshops to empower business leaders in the community.
In her spare time, since September 1996, she founded and currently operates as the Executive Director of Abundant Life Outreach Ministries for Families, a non-profit organization in King and Pierce counties and the SeaTac Federal Detention Center in DesMoines Washington. ALOMFF provides violence prevention and life style skills and education services to victims of domestic violence and to individuals and families who need coaching and spiritual counseling.
Pastor Neshella has received several appreciation awards for her excellent work as a life coach, counselor, motivational speaker, educator and writer in the field of social work and health and human services. She is an instrument in the hand of God and an example of courage, faith and victory. She is also a woman of integrity, tenacity and strength as personified in Proverbs 31.
Pastor Neshella embodies a heart of compassion for people young and old. God has empowered her with a great vision and the word of wisdom that enables her to provide guidance and direction to those in need. Her mission through any means or avenues necessary is to preach and teach the word of God so that every man, woman and child can be saved, healed and made whole through Jesus Christ.
